Is the hardware on the collars real metal?
That's right! Our collars are available with either gold, rose gold or platinum hardware, depending on the design.
Can the collar charms be personalised?
While we don't currently offer charm personalisation, they can easily be personalised by your local engraver.
How do I know the matching bracelet will fit me?
Our bracelets are designed to fit any wrist measuring between 12cm and 25cm, which is why we only offer one size. If your wrist measurement falls outside that range, it's easy to add an extra hole yourself!
How do I use my gift card / coupon code?
Whether you received a gift card from a friend, or a coupon by winning a competition (congrats, by the way), the process for using them is the same.
Simply put the products you want in your cart, click to check out, and apply the discount code in the box provided.

How do I clean my dog's accessories?
To keep your Pawfect Pals accessories in pristine condition, we recommend wiping them clean with a wet cloth and a small amount of warm, soapy water, then drying them gently with a towel.
We don't recommend putting products in the washing machine.
All of our products are made from durable materials and are water resistant. However, we recommend taking them off your pets if they are going to be bathing or swimming, as this can result in the design fading.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via debit or credit card, PayPal, Afterpay (Australia only), and select cryptocurrencies. Cards accepted include Mastercard and Visa.
I don't live in Australia. Can I still buy your products?
Absolutely! We're proud to say we have customers all over the world.
International shipping only costs $15AUD. Even better, it's free when you spend over $200AUD!

Can I return the product if I'm not 100% happy with my purchase?
We offer store credit for returned products, provided they meet the conditions set out in our Returns Policy.
Can I cancel or change my order after it's been placed?
Pawfect Pals endeavours to process and ship all orders within 24 hours of them being placed. Due to this, it may not be possible to cancel or change your order.
If you wish to cancel or make a change, please contact us immediately, and we'll see what we can do.
Can you fix products that have been damaged by chewing or wear and tear?
As our products aren't homemade, we're unable to repair any damage caused by chewing or wear and tear.
For safety and care reasons, we recommend items that can be eaten or cause harm be kept away from dogs when they're not under your supervision.
Pawfect Pals does not assume any responsibility for any damages or injuries that occur due to the misuse of our products.
How can my dog become an AmbassaDOG?
Another good tip is to make sure you tag us any time you post a pic of your dog wearing one of our designs. If we like what we say, we may reach out! Clear pictures with a clean and simple background are always the best option.
How do I reverse my reversible harness?
(Sorry about the cheeky, barking pup. He saw the harness and thought it was time for a walk!)
- Un-clip the two buckles,
- Slide the horizontal strap out from the vertical strap loop,
- Push the vertical strap through the D-link and then flip the neckline inside-out,
- At the base of the harness you will see two clip ends. Flip each clip end upwards and run your hand over the base of the harness to flip the inside strap,
- Clip one of the horizontal strap buckles in, then
- Pull the unbuckled side back through the vertical strap loop and clip in.
