Returns Policy

INTRODUCTION

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with it! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging, with all original tags and labels.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please contact us via our contact form. We will provide details for the process. Please note, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.

PROCESSING RETURNED ITEMS

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you whether your request has been approved or rejected. If you are approved, the store credit will be processed within two - three business days. Please note that this may take longer during times of high demand, such as holiday periods.

If your store credit has not arrived within ten business days, please contact us by responding to the email we initially sent approving your request.

SHIPPING

If you are returning an item valued over $75, we strongly recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and cannot provide store credits for items that are not properly returned.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift upon purchase and shipped directly to the recipient, the recipient will receive a store credit for the value of the return upon approval. This store credit will take the form of a gift certificate, which will be emailed to the recipient upon reception of the item and approval of the return.

If the item was not marked as a gift upon purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the gift giver will be notified of the return and receive a store credit.
