Shipping Information

We endeavour to process all orders within 24 - 48 hours of when they are placed.

If you require a change or cancellation on your order, please contact us within 2 hours and we will make the changes as long as your order has not been shipped.

All orders are shipped out from the Gold Coast, Australia. 

Orders within Australia

Standard shipping - (2 - 7 business days) - $10.00

Express shipping - (1 - 3 business days) - $15.00
Priority express shipping - (Same or next business day) - $18.00

Bed shipping - (2 - 7 business days) - $15.00
Express bed shipping - (1 - 3 business days) - $20.00
Priority express bed shipping - (Same or next business day) - $23.00

Please note that orders containing customised products may take an extra 2 - 3 business days to ship.

Free standard shipping when you spend $150 or more!

During busy periods, delivery times may be longer than approximated above.

International orders

We offer an international shipping rate of $15.00. International shipping is free for any orders over $200.00.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location, but are usually between 7 - 15 business days.

If your package has not made its way to you by 17 days, please feel free to contact us so that we can track where it is. As we use external shipping companies, Pawfect Pals cannot be made responsible for any lost orders.

Custom Taxes and Duties (International Orders only)

Pawfect Pals cannot advise on whether or not you will or will not be charged custom or import duties. These charges are made once the order arrives in the country of destination.

Pawfect Pals cannot be made liable for any custom taxes or duties, which must be paid by the recipient.


  •  Shipping times do not include weekends or public holidays

  • While we post orders within 24 - 48 hours of them being placed, delivery times may take longer in busier periods or due to customs, if ordering internationally.

  • Ensure to provide the correct address when checking out. If packages are not received by the recipient, or are returned to us due to an incorrect address, the recipient/purchaser will be responsible for repeat shipping costs.

  • Once the order has left our warehouse, our shipping couriers are responsible for your package. Please contact your shipping courier if you have queries about your parcel and you can see that it has already left our care.
