We have a range of leads available to suit you and your pup. Some of the leads we have available are 'OG' leads; these come in two sizes.
'Classic' which is 180cm in length with thick cruelty free leather and nylon and slightly larger hardware and 'Mini' which has slightly smaller hardware and a length of 130cm.

Our Soft Leads are made out of high quality polyester and are 150cm in length. They are great as an everyday lead!

Is the hardware on the collars real metal?
That's right! Our collars are available with either gold, rose gold or platinum hardware, depending on the design.

Can the collar charms be personalised?
While we don't currently offer charm personalisation, they can easily be personalised by your local engraver.

How do I know the matching bracelet will fit me?
Our bracelets are designed to fit any wrist measuring between 12cm and 25cm, which is why we only offer one size. If your wrist measurement falls outside that range, it's easy to add an extra hole yourself!

How do I use my gift card / coupon code?
Whether you received a gift card from a friend, or a coupon by winning a competition (congrats, by the way), the process for using them is the same.

How do I clean my dog's accessories?
To keep your Pawfect Pals accessories in pristine condition, we recommend wiping them clean with a wet cloth and a small amount of warm, soapy water, then drying them gently with a towel.

We don't recommend putting products in the washing machine.

All of our products are made from durable materials and are water resistant. However, we recommend taking them off your pets if they are going to be bathing or swimming, as this can result in the design fading.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via debit or credit card, PayPal, Afterpay (Australia only), and select cryptocurrencies. Cards accepted include Mastercard and Visa.

I don't live in Australia. Can I still buy your products?
Absolutely! We're proud to say we have customers all over the world.

International shipping only costs $15AUD. Even better, it's free when you spend over $200AUD!

Can I return the product if I'm not 100% happy with my purchase?
We offer store credit for returned products, provided they meet the conditions set out in our Returns Policy.

Can I cancel or change my order after it's been placed?
Pawfect Pals endeavours to process and ship all orders within 24 hours of them being placed.

Due to this, it may not be possible to cancel or change your order.

If you wish to cancel or make a change, please contact us immediately, and we'll see what we can do.

Can you fix products that have been damaged by chewing or wear and tear?
As our products aren't homemade, we're unable to repair any damage caused by chewing or wear and tear.

For safety and care reasons, we recommend items that can be eaten or cause harm be kept away from dogs when they're not under your supervision.

Pawfect Pals does not assume any responsibility for any damages or injuries that occur due to the misuse of our products.

How can my dog become an AmbassaDOG?
We love meeting new pups, and every now and then we run AmbassaDOG competitions on our Facebook and Instagram pages. Be sure to follow us to find out when the next one will be.

Another good tip is to make sure you tag us any time you post a pic of your dog wearing one of our designs. If we like what we say, we may reach out! Clear pictures with a clean and simple background are always the best option.

How do I reverse my reversible harness?
1. Un-clip the two buckles
2. Slide the horizontal strap out from the vertical strap loop
3. Push the vertical strap through the D-link and then flip the neckline inside-out
4. At the base of the harness you will see two clip ends.
5. Flip each clip end upwards and run your hand over the base of the harness to flip the inside strap
6. Clip one of the horizontal strap buckles in
7. Pull the unbuckled side back through the vertical strap loop and clip in.

We endeavour to process all orders within 24 - 48 hours of when they are placed.

If you require a change or cancellation on your order, please contact us within two hours and we will make the changes as long as your order has not been shipped.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location, but are usually between seven - fifteen business days.

If your package has not reached you within seventeen business days, please feel free to contact us to follow up.

As we use external shipping companies, Pawfect Pals cannot be made responsible for any lost orders.

CUSTOM TAXES AND DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ONLY)
Pawfect Pals cannot advise on whether or not you will or will not be charged custom or import duties. These charges are made once the order arrives in the country of destination. Pawfect Pals cannot be made liable for any custom taxes or duties, and any such taxes or duties must be paid by the recipient.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Shipping times do not include weekends or public holidays.

While we post orders within 24 - 48 hours of them being placed, delivery times may take longer in busier periods or due to customs, if ordering internationally.

Confirm you have entered the correct address when checking out. If packages are not received by the recipient, or are returned to us due to an incorrect address, the recipient / purchaser will be responsible for repeat shipping costs.

If we confirm your order has shipped, yet you don't receive it in a timely manner, please contact Australia Post for information before us, as they are in the best position to provide you an update.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit.

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging, with all original tags and labels.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please contact us via our contact form. We will provide details for the process. Please note, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.

PROCESSING RETURNED ITEMS
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you whether your request has been approved or rejected. If you are approved, the store credit will be processed within two - three business days. Please note that this may take longer during times of high demand, such as holiday periods.

If your store credit has not arrived within ten business days, please contact us by responding to the email we initially sent approving your request.

SHIPPING
If you are returning an item valued over $75, we strongly recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and cannot provide store credits for items that are not properly returned.

SALE ITEMS
Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift upon purchase and shipped directly to the recipient, the recipient will receive a store credit for the value of the return upon approval. This store credit will take the form of a gift certificate, which will be emailed to the recipient upon reception of the item and approval of the return.

If the item was not marked as a gift upon purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the gift giver will be notified of the return and receive a store credit.
