We bought one of these after being fed up with the splashes on the floor left by our Irish wolfhound, when he's slurping up something yummy in his bowl. Best thing ever this mat, its big enough to catch and absorb the splashes, doesn't slip, is easy to clean. Wish I had bought one sooner.
