When will this item ship?
We endeavour to ship all items within 24 business hours of purchase. Within Australia, orders should arrive 1-7 days after the order was placed.
Once we have shipped the item you will receive a notification email. After receiving this email, if you do not receive your order within 7 days, please contact Australia Post as they will be able to provide you with information on when it will arrive.
What size would fit my dog?
Always measure your dog against the size chart for the specific product you are looking at. Every dog is different and the breed recommendations outlined below are a guide only. These recommendations are for collar sizes only.
XXXS – Very small puppies and chihuahuas
XXS – Small dogs from 2kg to 6kg – Usually fits breeds such as toy cavoodles, dachshunds and malteses
XS – Small to medium dogs from 6kg – Usually fits breeds such as shih-tzus, border-collie puppies and cavaliers
S – Small to medium dogs from 8kg – Usually fits breeds such as spoodles
M – Medium dogs from 10kg – Usually fits breeds such as smaller border-collies, pugs with large necks and kelpies
L – Large dogs from 15kg – Usually fits breeds such as blue-heelers, Labradors and border-collies
XL – Very large dogs – Usually fits breeds such as golden retrievers and great danes
XXL – Very large dogs – Usually fits breeds such as St. Bernards
What is the collar made out of?
Our collars are made from PU leather, which is cruelty-free leather that is made to look and feel just like real leather, but without harming any animals!
What if I order the wrong size?
Please take the time to measure your dog for each product before purchasing. Please note that the collar size guide is based on the measurement from the buckle to first hole and the buckle to the last hole, not the entire length of the collar.
If your collar arrives and it does not fit your dog, please send us an email with your name and order number and we can arrange a refund where you can then reorder the item in the correct size you need.
