Are any products excluded from the sale?

All products are included except dog tag engravings, some t-shirts, and the Pawfect Celebrations collection.

How can I pay?

Pawfect Pals accepts all major credit cards, PayPal and Afterpay.

Can I use a discount code on top of the sales code?

Discount codes are not able to be used during sales or promotions, unless specifically stated.

If a product is out of stock, can I buy it for the sale price at a later date?

No. Sale prices are only available for the sale period, as listed above.

When will I receive my order?

We endeavour to process all orders within 48 hours, though it may take up to 72 hours during this busy sale period. If we confirm your order has shipped, yet you haven't received it in a timely manner, please contact Australia Post before reaching out to us, as they are in the best position to help.
