When?

The sale starts Wednesday, August 14th at 6:00pm AEST and ends Sunday, August 18th at 11:59pm AEST.

How?

Discounts are automatically applied, so you can take care of the shopping and we'll do the rest!

Are any products excluded from the sale?

Our newly-launched Midnight Sky and Once Upon a Flower designs are excluded from the sale, as our new new winter bed designs. All other beds are discounted.

Dog tag engravings are not part of the sale (though you still get the discount if you purchase one with a collar).

How can I pay?

Pawfect Pals accepts all major credit cards, PayPal and Afterpay.

Can I use a discount code on top of the sales code?

Discount codes are not able to be used during this sale. If you apply additional discounts during the sale, we may have to cancel your order.

If a product is out of stock, can I buy it for the sale price at a later date?

No. Sale prices are only available for the sale period, as listed above.

When will I receive my order?

We endeavour to process all orders within three days, though it may take up to five days, as it does get very busy around here! If we confirm your order has shipped, yet you haven't received it in a timely manner, please contact Australia Post or Aramex before reaching out to us, as they are in the best position to help. Thank you for your understanding.
