INTRODUCTION

Need to return an item? Or perhaps you're checking to make sure our returns and exchange process is easy before purchasing? Either way, everything you need to know is detailed below.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All returns and exchanges are processed through Eco Returns using the returns portal found by clicking here. Please read all conditions before applying for a refund.

Our portal provides the option to:

  • Return your products for a refund,
  • Return your products for store credit, or
  • Exchange for another size or product.

SHIPPING RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. If thirty days have passed, any refund will be reversed.

Returned items must be unused, clean, and in the same condition they were received, and returned in the original packaging with all original tags and labels.

RETURN OF SALE / DISCOUNTED ITEMS

If you wish to return a product purchased for a discount, you will receive a refund equal to the amount spent on the product, regardless of whether the discount period has ended at the time of return.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Customised items such as engraved dog tags, bandanas and toy boxes are non-refundable.

Clearance items are final sale only and can't be refunded.

Purchases made as gifts are not eligible for refunds. They can instead be exchanged for store credit in the form of a gift certificate.

FREE GIFTS

If a free gift with purchase was provided, the gift must be returned as well.
