Can I get a gift with my purchase?

Absolutely! Spend over $99, and you'll get three mystery gifts. These could be harnesses, collars, leads, or a range of other accessories with a minimum value of $45. Don't worry, we'll be sure to pick sizes that will suit your fur baby.

How can I pay?

Pawfect Pals accepts all major credit cards, PayPal and Afterpay.

Can I use a discount code on top of the sales code?

Discount codes are not able to be used during this sale. If you apply additional discounts during the sale, we may have to cancel your order.

If a product is out of stock, can I buy it for the sale price at a later date?

No. Sale prices are only available for the sale period, as listed above.

When will I receive my order?

We endeavour to process all orders within three days, though it may take up to five days, as it does get very busy around here! If we confirm your order has shipped, yet you haven't received it in a timely manner, please contact Australia Post or Aramex before reaching out to us, as they are in the best position to help.
